"Considering the resort was devastated in the hurricane 6 months ago, the property was in very good condition. They continue to renovate but it was not disruptive to our vacation at all. The grounds were kept well manicured and maintained. Housekeeping kept our rooms very clean. "I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response.
