"I was unable to use the accommodation because there was no one there to welcome me and they didn't answer the phone; consequently, I couldn't get in and had to look for somewhere else to stay."

"One of the best all inclusive I’ve stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. There are a variety of restaurants on the property to checkout, we ate somewhere different everyday for breakfast and dinner. Multiple events to attend throughout the week. We really enjoyed our visit. I would"
