"My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay.
However, I was disappointed that a young man who appeared to be part of the maintenance team repeatedly approached me asking for tips, which made me uncomfortable.

"My sister and I got back to our room at Sandals Beachside Revoir, at approximately 4:20 pm on Saturday July 11, 2026 after an all day off property excursion, to the very strong smell of marijuana. We immediately reported the issue to Housekeeping and another member of staff. Housekeeping sent someone who stated she will spray the room to get rid of the odor, I told her I have terribly allergies and she could not do that while I was in the room. Management did absolutely nothing to assist us...
