Very friendly night time hostess. We couldn’t light up the fireplace and he immediately went to light it for us. Pedro, the door man was very helpful and friendly. All of this made our stay enjoyable. Also the room service was great. Nice restaurant with beautiful decor."

"This property is located on the outskirts of Antigua. It is about a 15 minute walk to the city center along two decently busy roads. The hotel door is closed and you must knock each time you want to enter.
We had 2 reservations on separate nights. When we arrived, the hotel did NOT have any of our reservations on file even though we had confirmation from Orbitz. There was only ONE employee in the entire hotel, the GARDENER. He didn't have any idea how to help us because of course that is not...
