"Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off"

"Everything about the hotel is amazing. I really had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff are so helpful and all my needs were attended to instantly. The breakfast was fantastic. I will stay at the hotel anytime I visit Kigali again. I rate the hotel 9/10."

"The property was not as advertised. The place appears a bit run-down and the rooms we stayed in had stained and partially broken toilet seats. We had to urgently make arrangements to secure alternative accommodation for our elderly mothers, which was extremely inconvenient.
The hotel employee who was on duty was however very helpful and understanding, which we appreciated very well. He also contacted the hotel manager who was equally understanding and promised to process a refund for the room...

"They are currently shifting to the place across the street, so things are bit haphazard as they make the change. They did switch us to a different room when our key wasnt working. They also worked very hard to accomodate us in other ways. Overall good experience. "
