"The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update."

The hotel is a big stone European style building with lovely large spaces on the main floor for relaxing, billiards, and breakfast. The room we had was the cheapest. It was small but met our needs. Windows open for fresh air. No air conditioning.) They will give you a fan if you ask. Great location in center of town. "

"My family and I had the best time here. It’s a great property with very nice amenities and the staff is wonderful. All the agents at the Front Desk were wonderful. I wish I knew everyone’s name. Pablo at the FD was very helpful. Very nice breakfast with a superb view. Perfect location as well. We stayed at the Condor cabin."

"Large bedroom separated from the living room and dining area. Large bathroom with hot tub heated floors. Great wifi. The full kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster and microwave were great to relax outside with some hot beverages. The floor has amonite fossils. The hotel has a telescope and upon coordination they brought an astronomer. She was very knowledgeable and gave us an hour of observation and explanation of what we were watching in English and Spanish. The staff are very nice and helpful...
