Great view- a little noisy at night

The hotel room was huge with a mini fridge and huge bed. We booked a lake view and it was perfect- basically the whole of the front of the room was window and looked across the lake. It was lovely. The hotel is opposite a night club that did disturb us at the weekend.

I stayed at the Sheraton in Bariloche, and overall, it was a good experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were in good condition. Both check-in and check-out were quick and without issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of products. The room I stayed in had some aspects that could be improved: the furniture and TV felt a bit outdated, and the lighting was quite intense and spot-focused, which wasn’t ideal for taking photos. Aside from that, I really enjoyed the relaxation room with lounge chairs, offering a beautiful view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the sunsets—definitely a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and recommendable stay.

The room is big and has a good view of the lake and mountains. The daily cleaning is not good, not wash the cups. The hotel has no facial tissue, no coffee cups, only paper cups and no slippers. The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food.

The room was not quite what we expected from a Sheraton. It looks like the hotel as a whole needs an upgrade. The only part that looks renovated was the lobby. The rest looks shabby and in need of improvement. Specially the bathroom.

O lobby é excelente porém as condições do quarto não condiz com as expectativas de uma rede de hotéis dessa categoria. Quarto simples em condições apenas razoáveis. O jantar no restaurante do hotel é ruim. A comida não foi servida conforme o menu. Além disso, não possui estacionamento próprio e o local conveniado é distante.

Ótima! Os funcionários são ótimos, atenciosos e sempre a disposição. A vista do quarto era incrível. A comida disponibilizada era o café da manhã, bem gostoso também. O que deixou a desejar foram algumas questões do quarto: a banheira transbordava toda vez que era utilizada, informamos no primeiro dia e mais uma vez, porém nada foi feito. Já na reserva solicitei o quarto com banheira na janela, assim como na foto do site, falaram que iriam reservar, porém quando cheguei não era o mesmo quarto. Tinha q banheira também, porém diferente, mais apertada e com um vazamento que alagava o quarto todos os dias. Os rodapés também estavam caindo. A lareira era só para enfeitar o quarto, não funcionava e não havia informação no anúncio sobre o não funcionamento. Fora isso, estadia incrível! Apesar dos pequenos defeitos valeu a pena a viagem, foi tudo lindo! Mas pelo preço do quarto acho que todos essas questões são bem relevantes, pois é um dos mais caros e pelo preço pago deveria estar tudo impecável. Fui para Bariloche e tive que ficar secando o chão que alagava…

Tudo no hotel é Velho: Roupas de cama e banho, banheiro, mobilia, a janela condensa e molha o quarto. Cobertores horríveis . Calefação péssima é absurdamente velha. Sem exagero , o banheiro foi construído na mínimo em 1970. Caso mencionem que tem banheira no quarto , é piada. Único local aconchegante é a recepção, também velha. Café da manhã decepcionante, pouca variedade (mesmo cardápio todos os dias). Não compatível com o valor da diária . Em 7 cafés , apareceram 3 x doce de leite . Achei que a mudança de nome acompanharia uma reforma . Não recomendo
