"Excellent staff and great hitel"

"Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features. If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent. Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty...

"Complex is beautiful and staff can't help enough. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection, my only though is if you pay for the adult section of the complex that works great but bear in mind although there are two breakfast areas you will be surrounded by families with children and babies every morning for breakfast. Maybe in the future they could use the small area for adults only!"

"Das Hotel ist ein Adults-only-Hotel und macht insgesamt einen sehr schicken, modernen Eindruck. Man merkt deutlich, dass die Anlage kürzlich renoviert wurde. Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt ist der Strand bzw. das Meer. Der Strandbereich ist mit dem benachbarten Helea-Hotel verbunden und durch ein Seil im Wasser voneinander getrennt, was optisch nicht besonders ansprechend ist. Zudem war es trotz Adults-only-Konzept am Strand teilweise recht laut durch Kinder aus dem Nachbarhotel. Außerdem...

"Das Hotel sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Zimmerappartements sind groß, gepflegt, man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und im Bad ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Der Außenbereich und die Aktivitäten sind wie beschrieben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "

"Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. "

"I stayed at Olive Garden hotel with my husband and 2 kids (7 and 15) for 8 days and we had a great time! Good food, great personale and service. The facilities were good in general, nice pools, slides, bars, kiosks, etc. Only our room that was simples than expected: the balcony door was difficult to open, the TV didn’t work, and the lock on the bathroom trash bin was broken."
