One thing that lets this property down, is that we struggled to book the premium restaurants, my advice to anyone going would be to contact the hotel prior to going to get some bookings. "I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! "The hotel was clean and peaceful and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a little isolated but staff are happy to arrange taxis which arrive promptly. Our room was far from the reception and was an uphill walk we had to take or wait for the shuttle bus which could have been more frequent. There is a lot of parking spaces directly outside the rooms so if we stayed again I would hire a car to have the flexibility of travelling around the island without relying on taxis. "
