"The staff was great. We had a short stay thankfully because we also had a skylight in the room!!! What the heck? Get rid of that damn thing or just rent the room to college kids that don’t sleep. To make matters worse, it seemed like there roof mounted lights illuminating the room. We could literally read a newspaper or book at 2am with all the lights off. I’m sorry but never again for us and we stay in Newport often."

"Reserved the hotel to attend the Newport Boat Show, and the location truly was perfect, within easy walking distance to the events, restaurants, and everything happening in town. Unfortunately, the room itself felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price they charge. Also, be careful with parking.
