"Room was clean and nice enough. However, all of the fitness room equipment was out of order. Cable on TV didn’t work for first two days. Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking. Overall hotel could use some updating like new hallways carpeting or other aesthetics etc."

"Room was not cleaned until third day o stay. When I went down at 9 am and told person at front desk they picked up the phone and said they would send someone up right away. When I came back at 3 pm room still had not been cleaned. I asked cleaning person in the hall who said no one called to tell them to clean room. Many other examples of poor customer service. Here’s just one of many: before I checked out I texted to have my car sent up. When I came down my car was there but it was locked and there was no one present to retrieve the keys. I don’t blame the line personnel on the cleaning staff, in the restaurant or on the valet service but clearly the managers here have no concept of good customer service and should be dismissed."

"Room #1 was awesome, very large, a king bed with a comfortable mattress, refrigerator & microwave. The continental breakfast had a large enough variety to satisfy most travelers. Parking could be tight if the inn is full. Staff was polite, the evening front desk person very talkative and friendly."

"For the cost of the hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We expected better service throughout the weekend I had called 3x to confirm that a crib will be in our room upon our arrival as we were going to be there close to our son’s bedtime. I called to confirm on our way to the hotel as well, and they said it was already there. Going to our room, it was not and it took close to an hour to get one, throwing our sons entire bedtime off. Later that evening, I asked front desk for a blanket I could sit outside with. They said they would bring it out, over an hour later and a few follow ups no one showed up. I had also asked someone to turn the fire pit on so I could enjoy sitting outside, and again no one assisted. Overall, it was a pleasant weekend but we were disappointed in the service."
