"I have rated two stars only for the location of the property. The property is falling apart, and the signs are visible as you walk through the property. We were given a room and as we walked towards our room the whole corridor was filled with cigarette smoke. The room assigned to us had furniture that had lived its age, no usb ports, charging stations or extra power points. When we made reservation, we had requested a microwave in the room, didn't get it. We received a message saying if we need anything during our visit, we should contact the property by replying to it. I asked about the microwave and didn't get any reply. Later we went to ask for the badminton/tennis court and were informed that we have to have our own rackets for playing. Outdoor pool closed (mentioned in reservation sheet), plunge pools closed. Staff at check-in check-out desks may need better training as they don't give enough information and keep their conversation to yes and no's. Overall, not a good stay."
