"We were travelling with 2 toddlers and the staff were amazing. Very helpful and accommodating and supportive when we asked for help (after a chip disaster in the room). The attached Mr. Mike's restaurant was a great bonus and the fitness center, pool, and courtyard were wonderful amenities. The prime location across the street from the Orchard Park Mall was also amazing. We will absolutely come back the next time we visit Kelowna."

"We stayed only one night, for my birthday, and the staff were phenomenal! Right from check-in, they were so friendly and helpful! After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing...

"The manager lady is so disrespectful and she could less to help any issue you may have if it is not how she wants to solve it. You are expected to do as she says or she will tell you to go to another hotel. I had my daughter in the room and never would I allow for any staff especially her to come into the space and make my daughter uncomfortable. I took so many pictures and she could care less to see them. The room was dirty, hand prints on the bathroom mirror and the front door. The window...
