"I stayed here during a recent convention and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in and every interaction smooth and friendly. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — perfect after long days at the event. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, with beautiful views that really showed off the best of Kelowna. "Enjoyed the stay. Big room that had a heritage feel. Close to beaches and in pandosy area with lots of shops and restaurants. Dinner and beers on the hotel restaurant patio was great. "

"Beautiful view of the lake, nice pools indoor and out. Great for the kids. Was disappointed the board walk was being worked on and couldn't go on it, and the outdoor hot tubs not open. Other than that it was perfect for our family stay."

"This is my all-time favourite hotel in Kelowna. I have tried others and they all fail in comparison to this property. It a bonus that it is so close to YLW as well. Great staff, great place to stay."
