"Location was excellent. Loved the convenience of all the restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, loved that the fitness room was open 24/7. In the lobby, the coffee bar with fruit bowl was a nice added touch. A suggestion of a water cooler by the coffee bar would be great addition. Will bring a swimsuit next time. The TV signal wasn't the best, but I didn't have time to really watch it anyway."

"The staff was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. The lounge and restaurant had excellent food and staff was accommodating as we had a large party. The hotel is beautiful. Location is excellent and walkable around Nelson. We will be returning."

"What can I say. They turned a lodge into an awesome stay! Beautiful view and amazing staff"

Other then that the breakfast was very good and well maintained, the staff was very nice and accommodating. I feel it was a little too pricey for what you get so I would rate it a...
