"Great quiet place to relax with family. Pool at hot tub awesome. Each cottage is very nice with outside rockers and a bbq pit. This is the 4th or 5th stay for our family and we will continue to use this pleasant facility. "

"Great hotel, very clean when we initially arrived but I must say I did not receive housekeeping services the entire stay so we had to use the same 2 towels the whole time. They have a nice variety of breakfast items. Overall all out was a good experience and love that they're affordable."

"Contrary to many other reviews, we found our room to be clean and easy to access. It looked as if it had been recently painted and had new flooring. The contental breakfast was straight forward contental- cereal, toast, and freshly (self-made) waffles. Coffee, water, and juices available. Ended up being a quick spot to stay at and was good for the price."

"The room was nice and clean. Beds are very firm. The kitchenette was perfect but no pots or pans, but we brought our own to make breakfast. The grounds are dated but well kept. The air conditioner was a bit loud but kept the room nice and cold. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly place. Walking distance to rockport beach. "
