"I like your hotel because of the view of the water, very friendly staff. But the cleanliness needs better attention. The bathroom needs scrubbing the area where the toilet paper holds has dust on top that can easily wipe off. Have your cleaning crew do a better job for sure. Also, I never experienced this before since I come to this motel every summer the toilet paper roll get wet, so the room needs a machine to stop humidity and moisture in the room. The toilet sit was very loose the toilet moved to one side. "

"Maid service only left fresh towels the 1st morning. Didn't make the bed up. The fridge is broken, doesn't cool at all. And the tub was very slick and couldn't take a good shower. Also shower curtain doesn't keep water from getting on the floor."
