"We arrived by boat and were impressed by the welcome we received immediately upon arrival.
The hotel’s decor and atmosphere truly reflected its long and distinguished history.
It was also a treat to watch a complimentary traditional dance performance starting at 7:00 PM, and the restaurant staff treated us very kindly.

"Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). "

"no water at all anytime.. need to call the reception always for water and then they will switch on motor and after half hour only water will come in bathroom.. photos shown in website are not the same for the room. pathetic rooms and service"

"I had an excellent one-night stay at Amantra Comfort Hotel, and the great deal I received through Expedia made it even better. The warm and welcoming staff were always friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the delicious food, relaxing spa, convenient parking, and the availability of late-night dining.
The hotel’s excellent location was another highlight of my stay. Everything was well managed, and the team’s genuine hospitality and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable....
