"Amazing room service, great prices great ambience, the wellness center is a must-visit place. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel."

"Un hotel 10/10, sin duda volvería"

"Staff was friendly and helpful even before we got there, breakfast was amazing every morning as was all food served. Assistance with coordinating trusted drivers to/from the airport was so helpful! Having the hike to the waterfalls on site was the perfect daily activity."

"Definitivamente tuvimos una estadía muy placentera. El hotel tiene un hermoso diseño. Nuestra habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. El personal muy atento y servicial. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Lo recomiendo 100%. Regresaremos pronto."

"Beautiful Ecohotel surrounded by nature"

"The staff wasn't trained very well - they charge extra while I was visiting Armenia for a few days - I have double citizenship but they didn't care and do the extra charge. I don't think I will stay there again and won't recommend to my friends"

"Hotel Kawa is located in the mountains of Salento with an amazing view of the Andes. It is walking distance to the town of Salento and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from the plaza back to the hotel at 9:00pm daily. Hotel Kawa staff is very friendly and they were very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and our day trips. The hotel serves dinner nightly, and it was better than any options we found in the town. Breakfast at the hotel was included in our rate and consisted of a...

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us make the most of our stay in Salento. The property was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The hotel can connect you with a taxi service that can get you into town for COP 25,000. The breakfast was large and delicious. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel and room, onsite team is very helpful, housekeeping team is friendly. Only downside, i couldn’t sleep two of the nights due to the noise from the rooftop nightclub."

"Check in was super easy, staff were lovely and the place was spotless!"
