"I booked for 3 nights. I was given room 407. It was very noisy. There was a lot of banging of doors in the night. The doors are heavy and make a noise when they shut. The floors are wooden and noisy when other travellers are about. I complained and was transferred to room 207, which was better. The staff said that room 407 and the rooms nearby were underneath the central heating system and that might be contributing to the noise. I was there on holiday and paying quite a lot for what I...

"Had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were very friendly, in a great location surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Perfect for walking. Keep in mind, there is no elevator. My partner and I had to go to a convenience store to buy water and bring it back to the hotel because there are no utilities to supply water in the hotel, other than the tap. "

"The accommodations were exactly what we wanted for our stay in Montreal. Location was perfect. The description included there was no elevator available so you will have to be prepared to use the stairs. That was not an issue for us.
