"Dans l’ensemble , c’était bien. Nous avons demandé à la réception des repose-bagages supplémentaire pour déposer d’autres valises , puisque nous étions 4 adultes dans la chambre et nous n’en n’avons pas obtenus. C’est le seul élément pour lequel nous avons été insatisfaits."

"The room and lobby were clean, the hotel is well located and the staff is very nice. None of what I'm about to say below is at all the fault of the employees - these are management problems. The hotel is understaffed. It took us over a half hour to get our car out of valet parking. That's ridiculous. It wasn't that the staff weren't working hard - there just weren't enough of them for the traffic. If we stay here again, we'll find a self parking lot rather than relying on the hotel (which only offers a valet option). In addition, the breakfast was disappointing. For example, they say they offer fruit, but all they had were a few overripe bananas. They offer yogurt but no plain option. They didn't offer muesli as a cereal option. The coffee was meh. You might pay more for breakfast elsewhere, but at least you'll be satisfied with what you get. Also you should be aware there is only one elevator and you can't get out to the lobby from the stairs. This means you may have to wait a bit during busy times, even if you would be willing to walk."
