Let's just say, due to my ignorance, I almost could not check-in. After the long haul flight, that is the last thing you want to deal with. But the staff was very helpful and made sure all the process went smooth despite the hiccup on my end.

They were so lovely and have a great level of service from the moment you step in to the lobby for check in all the way to check out. The souq tour by Mr Basser was highly insightful and not to be missed. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary - they decorated our room and presented us with a surprise cake which was so thoughtful. Keep it up team! :)
