"Everything about our stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel was exceptional from start to finish! The property was absolutely spotless, and the service was amazing. The room was very spacious and well soundproofed. We chose a room with a balcony which we enjoyed quite a lot in the evenings. The pool was also fantastic! We chose to add the breakfast to our stay which was nothing short of phenomenal. There were so many options and everything was perfect. We also dined at two of the restaurants on the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. One restaurant was the STK Steakhouse and the other was the Sel & Miel. We left the hotel several times via Uber to visit various malls and sites which were all beautiful. Thank you again to the staff at the Ritz Carlton for making our stay so special. "

"Staff was very helpful and let us check in earlier in the day. Breakfast was nice, but very small seating area, sometimes it was hard to find a table. The bus takes You to a very nice beach, but again, You have to book it in advance, because the number of seats is very limited. Also not always enough umbrellas in the beach. The rooms were very nice and clean. "

"Stayed for a family holiday. Superb hotel with a huge swimming pool and a nice beach. Even at full capacity the pool area felt very spacious and loungers were always available poolside. Service is outstanding in all areas, the staff cannot do enough and are very attentive everywhere and go above and beyond. Rooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds and the location of the hotel is great as it’s in the West Bay Area so all the major sights are a short taxi ride away and there are plenty of dining options should you wish to go out in the evenings.
