They do NOT inform anyone of this and you need to get to the Ferry to cross over to Tambor which is not 24/7 You need to plan very carefully so you don't lose a day like I did and so many others did that I met at the Hotel. "The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant food and service was the best! The property was beautiful and well kept and I loved walking there Monkey Trail the mornings. The only thing I would change about this resort is the cost to use the washer and dryer. Both machines were $7.50 a load!"

"Property, room, and service were exceptional. Adrian the bartender makes fantastic drinks. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We saw more wildlife on the hotel grounds than in the park. "Overall this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but it was definitely over priced for what it was (I do notice that it came down significantly in price since we booked, so maybe they realised that too!) On check in we were taken to a room that bore no resemblance to what we had booked and what was shown in the pictures and was definitely not worth £250 per night. "We had a great time staying at the resort for 4 nights! Being within walking distance from the beach and from most shopping on Pastor Diaz Ave was ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and we definitely enjoyed how they did a different theme every night. Having Alsama Tours on-site to coordinate activities was great as well. Thank you!"
