"We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The staff were wonderful. The sister property (Playa Los Arcos) where we had our meals was also great. The location of the hotel put us in the heart of everything we wanted."

"AC was not working and all the staff said it was there was no one from maintenance at night so we’ll have to wait until 9:00 am, I traveled with my kids and they recommended my kids to leave the door open since the AC was not working. The pictures on the hotel description do not match the actual conditions. Worst hotel ever not worth it.also the shower is not private it has a glass door and is directly in the bedroom , you can see someone shower from the bed. Old moldy furniture and rusted stair...
