"Breakfast staff, cleaning crew and front desk were wonderful. Great breakfast but get there early as it get busy especially on Friday and weekends. For breakfast, muffins and pastries should be refilled because we only got the full size muffins once and during the rest of our stay they were gone by 7:30 am! I feel that the option should be there until breakfast is over. Otherwise great location from Carolina beach restaurants and supermarket (short walk to all) and 20 minutes from San Juan...

"I had two rooms one had termites and the hotel tried to say that they were AntsiWwl when an employee told me that they were termites. The linen had stains on them and the washcloths and towels had stains on themfor the price of this motel. It is not worth it. I think they pay TikTokers to advertise online these beautiful worlds, which is false advertisement."

"The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which was the highlight of our experience. Unfortunately, the facilities are in very poor condition and appear to be badly deteriorated. Our room was not clean to the standard we expected, and to our surprise, there were not even chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view. For the price and reputation of the hotel, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and maintenance."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE. So with tv remote in the hotel room it wasn’t working. So I went down to front desk to ask for a different remote or if someone could fix them. They said they will fix it for us. They never came. We went down there 3 times to remind them to come and finally they did come. Our tv would not shut off so the whole time without tv, we could not sleep at all because it was on. Another bad customer service was when we were at the pool, I ordered a $10 drink and they charged us $45. I...

"Perfect location with everything around you. Viejo San Juan about 10 min away. Distrito T-Mobile is located right outside the hotel, which was the best part about the stay. We will be back!"

"The only complain was the TV/Entertainment at the the room, because it’s obsolete, without internet or even HDMI connection. Overall was a good stay but it will be nicer if Netflix, Disney or any other smart TV features were available."

"Worth it! Beautiful hotel. I was concerned about the price; however, the staff, location, and amenities make it feel worth it. Everyone was respectful and welcoming. If you’re used to an all-inclusive this hotel is not that experience. It’s also not a 5 star hotel but a good entry point into that experience.
