"The spa was great but I’ve been at hotels were the spa was included with the room. Also, the eggs other than scrambled would have been great. The staff was very cordial and helpful and the room was always kept clean and in good order. "

Room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a great sunken bath. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location-only a ten minute walk from the town centre and train station. "I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. When I open my luggage, I removed my shoes from bags. Also I removed my liquids from plastic bag to carry the plane. When I collect again my luggage to return, I realized that all the bags were away. House keeping threw everything. In the room I always need a kettle to drink tea or coffee but it was not available. Restaurant was quite expensive. Main courses starts from 28 euros. I eat in downtown Venice at a good restaurant lower than this price. I requested a glass of wine. The amount of the wine was definetely half. Breakfast was adequate but can be improved. Inside the restaurant there were very little flies disturbing me during breakfast and dinner. They were touching down the food also."
