"Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend."

"Hotel was a bit dated. Very clean and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were professional and very helpful. However the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable - too hard. The room was tired and needed modernising, especially the bathroom. There was no air conditioner so the room got hot and airless, we had the window open but experienced noise from passing traffic. The hotel was near to the city centre, only a 10-15 min walk. "

"Abbiamo gradito la posizione dell’hotel, si trova a due passi dal lungolago. La colazione molto varia, non manca nulla come per la cena. La spa bellissima. L’unica cosa un pò scomoda é che eravamo in una parte d’hotel lontana dalla zona ristorante e spa."

"We had no AC in our room and they stated they do not turn it on for the entire building until the following week. They brought us a fan to plug in. Weird bc the common areas most definitely had AC. "We loved our stay at Residenza Olivo. The room was clean and comfortable with a large balcony and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was beautiful with lots of seating, but unfortunately rather cold in April since it's unheated. The lovely staff made us feel very welcome and the location was very convenient to Garda without being too busy. All in all we'd love to return."
