"What truly makes this hotel special and sets it apart is, without a doubt, the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. We traveled with our children, who have food allergies, and the staff showed such genuine care and consideration for their needs. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The front desk staff were equally wonderful. They took the time to show us around Seville on a map, explaining the different areas and places to visit. It was...

"Not much from the front but a very hotel with friendly helpful staff and good amenities. Spacious room with balcony and great shower. Hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Next to a metro station, tram and bus stops so really convenient for getting about. Could probably walk to all the attractions anyway, about 2 km each way. Beautiful and friendly city xxx"

"Just slightly off the center but great hotel if you are not into boutique types"

"スタッフの対応が良かった"

"We had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring Sevilla. It’s within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sevilla!"

"The hotel is well located. Staffs are very friendly & helpful. They gave us great recommendations to dinning options. We were given a good quiet room. We had a very enjoyable stay. We will not hesitate to recommend Becquer to our friends & acquaintances. Gràcias & adios! "

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "
