"Excellent place to stay"

"I can’t enough recommend this hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Great communication from the staff. Always ready to help you with anything you need. They helped arrange a private transfer from naples airport to the hotel. The driver was very elegant and well dressed. The hotel itself has a great location right at the center of amalfi close to everything you need. The facility is renovated, has an elevator, terrace and a garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they...

"The hotel is beautiful, stunning views! Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant is very good. Do not recommend booking the annex hotel room apartment across the street from the property. Loud noise including road noise at night. Sea window view, no patio or balcony view."

"It's a nice property, close to Amalfi town center. Service was top notch."

"Beautiful views from our ocean, town view room! No parking at hotel. Park at lot on right -a short walk to the hotel on left on this one way street."

"Spectacular location high up the hill, beautiful sunrise views, excellent and attentive staff, easy WhatsApp communication throughout stay, two on-site restaurants including beautiful rooftop space, other food & drinking options within easy walk as well."

"Very small room. Basic accommodations. Way overpriced and breakfast was very basic. Fruit was over ripe. Nothing special."

"Beautiful hotel"

"Best views in Positano. Very attentive and friendly service. Spa was excellent. Frequent free shuttles to and from the center which is very important. The funicular is unique and fun. Even with this and elevators expect to climb a lot of stairs."

"Great view , location, nice people"

"The Grand Hotel Excelsior Amalfi was an absolute gem and we are so thrilled to have stayed there. From the fantastic accommodations and amenities to the extraordinarily helpful staff, I plan to stay here anytime I’m on the Amalfi Coast and will recommend it to anyone else planning a trip."

"Staying this hotel in Amalfi Coast was like living in a paradise. Anytime I go back to Amalfi coast, this will be the only place I’ll be staying. Definitely the property was on the expensive site, but it was worth it."
