"Very nice hotel. It is far up on the hillside with a view overlooking the harbor. This can make it a challenge if you are arriving in the ferry, since the walk up to the hotel from the ferry terminal can be long and arduous, with many flights of stairs. We arrived fro Naples airport via a transfer service and thus were spared this issue. "Everything was perfect but the pool was on the cold side and you were not able to walk in the pool at all. It’s completely over your head so you can’t relax in it at all. Other than that, the place is Heaven on Earth. "
