"The hotel is charming and located in a great beautiful part of viano.
Centrally located to visit local vineyards and towns like Bologna, Regia-Emilia, and Modena.
The hotel spa was not what we expected, the reservations to the spa were not well organized.
The staff had was friendly but were not fluent in English.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The rooms were not fully cleaned, the glasses were not changed during the whole stay.
The pool needs to be maintained better."

"The A/C was not very cold and at one point started leaking water. Hotel did offer to change the room but it was late in the night so slept with water dripping and plenty of towels on the floor. Hardly any breakfast for vegetarians - perhaps a better selection of fruits would be good."

"Our stay was a little disappointing. The exterior of the property needs maintenance, with a deteriorated facade and overgrown areas. Upon arrival, there were strong unpleasant odors on the lower level, and seeing piles of bed linens in common areas was not a good first impression.
The room itself was acceptable. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast area: it was pleasant and clean, the bathroom was very well...
