"Hotel abbastanza centrale con un bel centro benessere, cordialità del personale in particolar modo la Signora del centro benessere, l'unica nota negativa l'insonorizzazione é impossibile dormire, si sentono anche i più piccoli rumori"

"Entered the rooms same day as booked and had a horrible experience.
The air conditions didnt work in the room and they changed the room and the same problem from room to room and it was dirty. Additional also had a problems. So when we decided to cancel there is a vision. The front desk person decided to be rude about it and send a nasty things.
This is the person decided to be rude and obnoxious
They seriously needs some customer service education
Stay away from this place"

"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino.
I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."

I asked the staff member where I was supposed to park, but I was not properly assisted. There was an...
