Bello ma serve qualche attenzione in più

La struttura è molto bella, la piscina grande conferisce la comodità e quel plus che ci vuole. Tuttavia consiglio di rinfrescare pareti e sanitari. Qualunque stanza, dalla suite alla economy, ritengo debba essere in condizioni ottimali, senza macchie di umido, doccia datata e specchio che perde "pezzetti di ruggine" o rivestimento. La nostra stanza era piuttosto rumorosa (suonerie di messaggi altrui, cassetti che vengono aperti o chiusi, sciacquone come se fosse nostro) Consiglio qualche attenzione maggiore per il covid, soprattutto al ristorante annesso all'hotel (es. Menù di cuoio e plastica ma per disinfettarsi le mani i servizi sono lontani), sperando di non averne bisogno in futuro. Per il resto, pulizie buone, arredi belli e in linea con un antico convento. Bella posizione panoramica della struttura. Staff gentile. Buon lavoro a tutti

Skøn udsigt - historisk hotel

Fik ikke det korrekte værelse med balkon og udsigt over byen ved check-in som vi havde booket. Efter lidt snak fik vi byttet værelse som passede bedre med Hotels.com’s beskrivelse, men stadig ikke 100%. Bl.a manglede morgenkåber, badetøfler og mulighed for kaffe/the på værelset. Men da det ikke var afgørende for os, accepterede vi værelset. Stedet er hyggeligt og autentisk, men trænger til en opdatering af udendørsområder. Billederne på Hotels.com svarede ikke til de faktiske forhold. Hotellet havde dog gjort opmærksom på via opslag i reception og elevator, at de var lidt bagud med vedligehold pga. Covid-19. Poolen er ikke privat/kun for hotellets gæster som angivet i beskrivelsen. De lokale kom også og benyttede den, men det betød ikke noget for os. Men ellers et hyggeligt og rart sted, med historie, skøn udsigt over Pistoia, venligt personale, god betjening og god mad/restaurant. Vi kunne godt finde på at besøge stedet igen.

Schöne Umgebung, Rest verbesserungswürdig

Pool und Kapelle sind toll. Pool wird von vielen fremden Besuchern genutzt, daher trubelig. Frühstück äußerst mittelmässig. Zimmer und Dusche sehr klein. Badezimmerboden wurde nicht gewischt, meine langen Haare immer noch auf dem Boden!

The hotel is located in a very great place and very easy to find. Minutes from Pistoia. Great staff and facilities. I suggest everyone to try the restaurant. Especially in the summer has a great view. In summer days the outside pool is good too.

Tre giorni in campagna

Bel posto, bella struttura, camere un po' troppo piccole ed alcune senza vista (abbiamo ottenuto una camera più grande con vista con un aumento di 10€/notte). Abbastanza buona la colazione. Bisognerebbe specificare che la piscina non è ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dell'hotel, e che nel weekend è STRAPIENA.

Dejlig stemning of flot udsigt.

Der er en dejlig rolig stemning på hotellet og man føler at det har været et kloster. Alt er smukt indrettet og man føler sig velkommen. Der er en fantastisk udsigt over dalen. Personalet er meget venligt. Morgenmaden er ok. Vi spiste også aftensmad i restauranten og var godt tilfreds. Poolen var ikke åben pga af årstiden, men vi kunne se at den lå i en fin have og der var flere. siddeområder udendørs. Det eneste negative er at værelserne er meget små. Anbefales til ro og afslapning og turistbesøg i Pistoia.

Ein angenehmes Hotel, das seine Vergangenheit als Kloster präsent hält. Bis auf das Frühstück - das nicht aufregend war - war das Essen hervorragend. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, man hat einen wunderbaren Blick hinunter auf Pistoia.
