"Well maintained and modern hotel in an older building which added to the character. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Location was good with a short walk to both the port and areas with restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "

"Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception. I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend"
