"I loved the balcony and how clean the property was. The people at the front desk were pleasant and the increase was so helpful and accommodating. Most employees were wonderful esp the host at the breakfast. We enjoyed his humor and high energy very much. He ran a tight ship and everyone did a great job at breakfast. The food was amazing."

"Room was exceptional! Big with a bath & 1/2 and a balcony overlooking the pool. Yes a pool in the heart of Florence. Definitely a nice place to recharge before going out for the sunset & dinner. The included breakfast was the best “hotel included” we had in Italy. We also enjoyed the roof top bar ( but it did close at 9:30PM).
The staff was also very helpful & all fluent in English! (There was a union strike occurring while we were there & the staff made us feel better about the trains)"

"We stayed in the Romance Suite, it was VERY spacious, two bathrooms, comfortable bed, sitting area, and a balcony - though not wide enough to sit, it was long enough to walk.
Rooftop pool with lots of space to lounge and get a drink at the rooftop bar. Very classy and high quality throughout. Good location, quiet. Amazing staff."
