"Everything was perfect. The location is simply wonderful: right in the historic center of Ferrara. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. We were just disappointed to learn at check-in that the hotel had only four parking spaces and that they needed to be reserved in advance. We would have preferred to know this beforehand, as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However, they made us pay 7€ for 24hours of park on street parking places and they edited the...

"Siamo arrivati in questo posto che dalle foto non sembrava male e invece appena arrivati ci hanno detto che non avevano la nostra prenotazione, quando mi ha risposto sul sito per delle info sul check-in,ma alla fine siamo riusciti ad avere una stanza con il bagno in comune, meglio che niente. Camera fatiscente (so che è una cascina di 150 anni) ma metterla un po a posto e pulirla meglio prenderebbe molti più punti e non queste recensioni."
