"Rooms could have done with some form of soundproofing as we could hear adjacent rooms and from above, however, we were so tired it did not affect us greatly. Hot water went off one morning of the three we stayed so we were unable to shower, we had to boil the kettle and pour into the sink, mix with the cold water and have a strip wash to freshen up.
We had to have the windows open too as the air-conditioning was only seasonal and they would not turn them on nor were we able to turn the radiators...
