"Room was very small but very clean and cute not many amenities a short walk into town but the first part of the road no sidewalks and a bit dangerous. We did try the restaurant but looked amazing and wish we did. No lift just stairs to your room staff very nice bu no one there at nighttime."

You have to tell desk an hour before you want to use it. The blow dryer in room was broken as well. I also thought the ease of getting in and out of the building was difficult with luggage in the snow. so many stairs inside and outside building-which was not advertised. "

Dinner in the hotel restaurant was outstanding even though a very limited menu. Included breakfast was great. Beautiful views of the dolomites from every window"

"The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site so that was convenient. Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs."
