"The Sands was a fine hotel but they fell short in several areas. Staff was generally unfriendly- specifically restaurant, store and front desk. There was an ant problem outside the room each night and we did find a few ants in our room. Room layout is awesome! Location also helpful. We like a resort feel and felt The Sands did a poor job of making guests feel pampered. Was very difficult to get beach service and when we did it arrived in a paper takeout bag. "Spacious and very clean room. Lots of restaurants near by and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was expensive for a cocktail $18 usd. Could find cheaper at a restaurant or the grocery near by had a good selection of wines and beers. Breakfast was good. Not too many options but just enough. "

"Clean and modern rooms. Hotel is located "center ice" for restaurants and shopping. Short convenient walk to beach, with hotel-reserved loungers and umbrellas, very helpful. Front desk very responsive and helpful. Room cleaning service was a bit inconsistent, but front desk responded quickly to resolve"

"Seascape hotel and townhouse was amazing. From day one, Shawnnette was very delightful and helpful getting us thru the checking process. The place is 5min walk from the beach or you can take the golf car by Daniel. Daniel was also amazing,.polity and always ready to assist us. If you have a family of 4.or 6, i recommend the townhouses which have a beautiful kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms and large livingroom. Note that eating out is expensive in Turks and Caicos, so having a full kitchen is a big...

"We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!"
