"Very nice property. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, ran out of eggs one morning but refilled the bin within a few minutes."

"This is a great little place if you are looking for character and service!! There are no in room amenities but there is a great lounge on the second floor. This is a culture stop for sure! Looking forward to going back. Great bed, fantastic shower! And while I didn't get to enjoy the theater or live music this time, I will be back!"

"I stayed in C3-Room 316 which was a junior suite with 1 queen bed. The design in the room was modern. The room was clean with partial ocean view. The only thing concerned me was the noise made from air conditioner at night time, but other than that, everything was perfect. Hotel staff was nice. And I really loved the massage chair on C-3rd floor lobby."

"We stayed at the Dundee Arms for eight nights; as it is an older property we were prepared for it being less than modern; at the same time, the beds were very comfortable, the room was dark at night to help with sleep, it was for the most part quiet and the staff very accomodating plus they had free parking, a great shower and a large mini-fridge. Unfortunately, their continental breakfast is only from 7:30 to 9:30 am and we were never up that early. A great place nearby for breakfast was Casa...

"The Hotel is in a central location walkable to restaurants, some shopping. Parking was plentiful and included with our booking. Staff were friendly, especially the woman in the breakfast room. The included continental breakfast was fresh and offered a nice selection of typical breakfast items. The lobby, dining room were nicely decorated and very clean. Our room was located in the front multi storied section of the hotel and was clean and modern but the back section of the hotel looked like...

"We had some difficulties at the cottage and it took until the following day for someone to reach us in spite of the fact that we called the emergency number. However, the matter was handled professionally the next day. They admitted their mistake and tried to correct it."
