"Easy to get to. Very basic. Close to everything in downtown Charlottetown. Good price. Property is oldand out of date, but clean and has all the basic amenities."

"The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. The hotel was easy to find and it was within driving distance to everything. The only drawback was that one of the reasons I booked at this location was because it said it included breakfast, but when we arrived and asked, they said the dining room was closed for the season so no breakfast."

"Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Employees from cleaners to front desk are friendly and courteous. Restaurant was excellent for an evening meal. Breakfast buffet was good. What else do you want to know? This place is worth the stay. Have stayed here 3 times now. Great location. Close to University and only minutes from the waterfront. "

"We stayed in the winter and it was half closed, so I believe my experience was not as good as the usual. All was great but the breakfast was lacking. It consisted of scrambled eggs, rotten ketchup on the table, cookies, yogurt, orange juice, white bread, and I am pretty sure that is it. Some bacon or sausages would have been nice. It seemed as if the usual cook may have been away. Other than that, the room was really beautiful and spotlessly clean. Beautiful home and in a great area. "

"Really good service at front desk. Room was surprisingly clean and modern. I say surprisingly because of the extremely low cost of the room. I expected something a bit older. The bed and pillows were great! I wish the curtains would have been a little more room darkening/covered the window more. "

"It is an older renovated boutique hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Due to its design with wood flooring throughout it can get very noisy depending on the clientele. "

"The accommodations were excellent. The staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast-if you were having eggs, they cooked them anyway you liked, alongcwith bacon. I asked for a tomato to make bacon&tomato sandwich. They didn't have ant tomatoes, so they went out and bought some. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. One negative was very limited cable to watch sports or showes. Otherwise we would stay there again."

"This place has been around for a long time. Has a History on PEI, one that many I’d say most people are fond of. We were in the off season which we understand. Bring back the lounge, people on vacation want at least the option, no need to drive for a drink etc. I will say the room was dated but very clean. Woman at front desk was super polite which we expected, but it’s also awesome when you encounter a positive person! "
