Preah Sihanouk Hotels with Air Conditioning

"Not a very good hotel for 3 stars. We always stay in 4 or 5. We had no choice as all hotels were booked. We where delayed for a flight so we had to book a room for the night. Would not recommend. A big difference between a three star and four star. We stayed at a 4 star 10 minutes away on the beach. Was amazing compared to this hotel. And for the same price per night. Would not recommend to anyone. "

"Great place nice beach, fantastic staff, excellent dining at a great price. No regrets staying at this resort"

"Good location close to the ocean, and large, clean room."

"I found the hotels was in a good quiet position, nice swimming pool with surrounds and a good breakfast"

"The description of this hotel does not reflect reality. It is a residential apartment block for singles and fsmilys with a few "boutique" rooms charged out at excessive rates to tourists. I booked 5 nights and stayed one before checking out. facilitys listed on site are not at Domrai but part of other resorts and businesses. examples: reception - step past childrens toys and stacked up materials satellite tv - reception so poor unable to watch bed lamps - not working bathroom - exposed...

"Fantastic meals Great customer service Very friendly Overall score 10 out of 10"

"Spent two nights with my wife, the hotel in general was ok. We like the bungalows and each bungalow has its privacy. Two recommendations to the hotel: breakfast can start earlier (630 instead of 700 as many travel early morning) and better to install bednets in the room. Apart from that, Otres 1 is a great place! We love the beach."

"This hotel has CLOSED DOWN. hotels.com did not inform me and they did not respond to my email and request for a phone call and refund."
