"Fun and good location"

"The breakfast was very good, but the service was terrible. One of the staff members was very rude; I was leaving the next day at 3:00 a.m. and was preparing some sandwiches since I wouldn't be there for breakfast, and she announced in front of everyone that I was taking something illegally. I tried to explain, but she was very rude—another hotel guest even told me that she had been very unprofessional."

"Nice design. But someone came to my room during the night time. It surprised me. The reception staffs were so friendly and helpful. They answered my questions promptly and responsively."

"Location was great, staff was nice as well just the breakfast wasn’t good but that doesn’t define if I would stay at the hotel again or not since I like to travel out for breakfast too. Rooftop is a cute touch for night time to sit and relax and watch the river and the nice view."

"I didn't use the pool or the gym, so I can't comment much on them. I did enter the gym and noticed lack of equipment. One guy was in there hogging up the one treadmill and bike. I think the hotel could use a refillable water station in the gym as well. Our room was very clean and the staff were hospitable. Everyone knew English well, at least to my knowledge. The hotel was located centrally to all the places we wanted to visit, so that was convenient. I wish I had a chance to visit the bar...
