"We had a confirmed booking at one motel but upon arrival we were sent to a different place. The room had a much smaller bed that only just fitted in the room. The window in the bedroom was dirty. The table was old and the seats had the vinyl feeling off them. The carpet in the loungeroom also had stains on it. To make it worse we had to pay for parking last minute as we weren’t informed of it and didn’t want to leave our car in the Maccas car park."

"Parking is definitely a problem at this motel. You cannot reserve a park but if you don't arrive until late and have driven 5-6 hours to get to Newcastle it would be nice to know a Parking spot is waiting for you when you arrive."

"Great location and easy check in and check out done virtually. It is keyless entry so a code is sent to you to use throughout your stay to access your room and other amenities. If you book parking, they send you a separate code, so it can be tricky trying to remember which of the two six digit codes to use. The lounge room area was spacious with a huge TV.
