"The property was in need of a bit of a freshen up The carpets showing wear and the bathroom sink has cracking on the bowl surface also the shower doesn’t regulate the water very well"

"Check in staff was friendly, she saw we had kids and offered the children coloring books and gave us a room next to the spa. Unfortunately the room wasn't cleaned from prior guests. Nobody to blame, it was an oversight but we were offered another room although I preferred the first room."

"The hotel is good, stayed there once before. This time the mattresses were very not as good as last time, I was sinking in. The biggest let down was the Tesla charging. Last time I was charged $10, which was reasonable and the reason I stayed in this hotel again while visiting Nelson bay. This time I was charged $20! Apparently "the price went up few weeks ago" according to staff, but it didn't go up just few percent but doubled in price.. This was very disappointing.."

"A pleasant and easy place to stay for a family. Friendly staff were welcoming. Bonus that there are EV chargers available in one of the car parks. Pool is lovely. "
