"The hotel is in a great location. However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. Breakfast was very sub-par (and expensive) - promising the usual (eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.) but then we were told that they weren't available. "I stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Rzeszów two nights ago for one night. Overall, I had a good experience and really liked the hotel’s concept. The restaurant served very good food and the atmosphere was pleasant.
The only issue was that my room unfortunately did not have proper towels available. As we arrived very late after a very long day travelling by train, I didn’t have the energy or time to call reception, so I ended up using the bathrobe and only had one small towel in the room.

"Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor .
Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables.
Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies.
Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating.
Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw"
