"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

"This elegant hotel is perfect. It is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and spotless, the staff is amazing and will help you with anything, and the restaurant (with excellent bar) is delightful. The location is unbeatable. It is at the edge of the Kazimierz District and close to many, many terrific restaurants, cafes, bars and shops (and also Wawel Castle) where people sit outside and enjoy the evening. The hotel is also on a quiet street and very peaceful."

"The hotel was in a great location. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was great with a wide selection and variety of food to choose from. The only negative was that the carpets on the floors needed to be cleaned because they were dirty and it gave a bad impression."

"Wasn’t really impressed at all with how things are done - they don’t communicate that you need to have a card on your room to do anything. I almost missed a massage because they refused to let me get it until I’d paid but I was in a robe and slippers at reception having to sort out!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location and was really clean, the room was cleaned and restocked everyday we were there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a selection of cold meat and cheese, they also had options for full hot breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport is very handy. Would stay again."

"Zowat alles tiptop in orde,netjes onderhouden, goed restaurant met vriendelijke bediening(Italiaans) het ontbijt is ook heel verzorgd en voldoende keuze. Afspraken correct nageleefd ,dus heel positief. Ik kan hier niets negatief over vertellen,als ik ooit nog naar Krakau zal het daar zijn."

"Die Zimmer sind schalldicht konstruiert. Die Sanitäreinrichtung entspricht überdurchschnittlichem Standard. Leider verfügt das Hotel über kein Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück war reichlich und von hervorragender Qualität."

"Overall very nice, spacious rooms, kettle (not coffee pod machine - which is a plus! Great air con which was essential as very hot! Only issue we had was a lack of curtains / blinds - so was woken up at 4.15am every day when it got light. Only there for 2 nights so not a huge issue."
