"My main complaint is how terrible the hairdryers are. It takes at least 3 times as long to dry your hair, so take that into account if you're in a rush to get ready for something. The hotel should really consider replacing them. The suites could use a mini fridge and a box of tissues as well. Other than that, the stay was fine. Easy checkin/checkout, good breakfast buffet spread, convenient location."

"Second time we have stayed here when visiting Krakow. It’s in a great location 5 mins walk to Kazimierz and 10 mins to the old square, with the Banksy museum next door and a railway station 3 mins walk. Hotel is spotless, with great staff , food and drinks are good quality and value. Comprehensive buffet breakfast is ideal way to start the day."

"Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, gleich am Meer und an der Promenade. Ausreichend Lokalitäten drum herum. Spa Bereich sehr angenehm. 1 Stunde freier Eintritt in den Baltic Park fand ich super, so konnte ich entspannt schwimmen. Frühstück waren wir leider nicht, da wir immer lange geschlafen haben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert"

"Really comfortable bed and a great sauna. The location was ideal for getting around on Movo e-bikes, close to everything we wanted to see. Everything worked exactly as expected, the room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the little touch of a free drink voucher on arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Die zwei Zimmer waren nur bedingt sauber, alte Socke unter dem Ottoman in einem Zimmer und beide Zimmer sehr staubig. Bäder eigentlich gut, aber die Toiletten waren viel zu niedrig angebracht, etwas für kleine Leute, aber ungeeignet für Senioren. Personal sprach kaum deutsch und auch nur gebrochenes Englisch.
