"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

"We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay there again. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge with a wonderful soaker tub. The room and bathroom were spotless. Great location within a short walk to the main square, parking available very close by and less than a 5 minute walk to access the train. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, as was dinner the one night we ate at the restaurant."

"Wasn’t really impressed at all with how things are done - they don’t communicate that you need to have a card on your room to do anything. I almost missed a massage because they refused to let me get it until I’d paid but I was in a robe and slippers at reception having to sort out!"

"Chambre et hôtel très propre et très moderne. Par contre l'emplacement pas top. Loin du centre-ville surtout que les trams étaient hors service pendant notre séjour. Nous avons pris exprès l'hôtel la à cause du Spa, mais c'était une catastrophe. Il y a une limitation de 30 personnes sans réservation donc il faut faire la queue. Pas relaxant du tout à cause du bruit les gens ne respectent pas et le personnel ne n'intervient pas, même pour le massage qui a été au top mais malheureusement...

"A historic building with beautiful large rooms and convenient location , great access to public transport and taxis and safe locality . The nearby Palace of Culture and Science museum is just opposite and affords great views ( plus shopping malls with a Carrefour hypermarket in basement ) . Numerous good dining options are nearby as well as inside the hotel . The Old Town is just a 10 minute ride away by taxi and its within walking distance to the Communist Museum ( Muzeum Życia w PRL)...
